野生日本原木天白花菇天然段木培植产自九州大分縣產量少,聞起來有獨特的淡香經燜煮後更是爽滑兼備. 含丰富的维生素和分子量为100万的抗肿瘤成分并有降低血脂的功能。宜使用25–35℃的室溫水,絕不能貪快用熱水,冬菇浸泡約四小時後用力揸乾冬菇內的水分,也可加數匙生粉進一步清洗,以減少泥土味.

Wild Japanese Mushroom is cultivated from Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. Smells unique, smooth after stewed. Rich in vitamins and anti-tumour ingredients with function of lowering blood lipids.Use room temperature water at 25-35℃ for soaking about four hours, never use hot water quickly, dry the mushrooms afterwards.
