The body is thicker than dried green lip abalone with dense and pointed edge’s stings. They are in yuan bao shape and thick in body. After cooked, they become soft, smooth in texture and unique in freshness. 1-3 head dried net abalone are limited supply due to its less harvest, growing time up to 40-45 years
